What gifts you share. I'm in awe of your ability to transform your experiences in to words so swiftly and prolifically with such grace. And, it's so helpful that you share specific strategies that have worked. While also acknowledging the full context of the tools. It is sweet relief to hear stories about a team where you are there to thoughtfully guide students and I'm sorry the psychologist is stretched thin, but encouraged to think of a team that harmonizes. Thanks~

Off-topic: The discussion of chess reminded me of a feeling. I loved chess when I was younger, but I gave it up. Far too many of the people who were willing to play with me were focused on "winning" rather than enjoying the play. I'm not a competative person, and activities that encourage a mindset of "winning" and "losing" aren't fun for me -- I never liked sports, or related things.

Would be nice to have people to play games with that also enjoyed the play, and thought of everyone as on the same team, rather than focus on competition.
