Instead, I assert that inclusion should be a two-way street where neuro-majority students learn about and respect neurodivergent communication styles, such as GLP, which involves processing information holistically rather than linearly. This involves understanding the strengths and differences in how neurodivergent individuals communicate and interact with the world. The source article proposes teaching everyone about these differences to foster mutual understanding and adaptation, ultimately creating a truly supportive and empathetic learning environment for all.
